Clients can request, or self-generate, an invoice for prepaid transcription.

You can log into your secure WorkSpace, enter the dollar amount you wish to be invoiced for and hey presto, an invoice is emailed to you immediately. Once the invoice has been paid this amount will be credited to your OutScribe account and future invoices will be deducted from this amount.

The updated balance is listed in your account to help you keep track of your funding dollars.

You no longer need to be anxious that you may lose your funding because your research project is not at the stage yet to have interviews or focus groups transcribed. OutScribe to the rescue!
