(Secretaries work with a 'timer' while working on your matter. A typical dictation/typing ratio will be 1:4. Eg: 1 dictation minute takes approximately 4 typing minutes to complete)
Online Platform - Uploading Your Dictation
For straight typing, such as chronologies, simple correspondence and articles, utilise our platform and the rate is calculated up front.
Rates are determined by your desired turnaround time and are costed at 'per audio minute'. This makes it easy for you to determine the cost per audio file.
When you upload your audio file, select your desired turnaround time, insert the audio time and our system (who we affectionately call Steambot) will calculate the cost for you. No surprise bills, no mysterious calculations - all up front and transparent.
If you are a multi-practitioner practice then you are able to create separate "projects" with unique names and choose to receive separate invoices for each department or practitioner. Alternatively, choose to receive a single invoice with each Job itemised against each practitioner. This bespoke feature eases the administrative burden of your practice manager!
Once a week an invoice will be emailed to you and there is a 14 day payment date.
