We invoice per audio minute and the rate is determined by your desired turnaround time. This makes it easy for you to determine the cost per audio file. We offer an Urgent (same day) turnaround, right through to 7 days.
When you upload your audio file, select your desired turnaround time and any other factors relating to your recording, insert the audio length and our system (whom we affectionately call Steambot) will calculate the cost for you. No surprise bills, no mysterious calculations - all up front and transparent.

Invoicing
A detailed invoice will be emailed to you weekly and is payable within 14 days.
You have the ability to select from a range of options regarding your invoices.
- Should someone else receive a copy of the invoice? No problem. Our system will email them a copy of the invoice as well.
- Does your organisation require a longer payment time? Just give us a call.
- Do you want to receive a separate invoice for your different projects or job types? Too easy.
Payments can be made via EFT or credit card. Yes, we do accept cheques, however the furrowed brow of the finance personnel might convince you to use an electronic method!
All audio files and transcribed documents will be purged from our server after receipt of payment.
