We're often asked if we use voice recognition or talk-to-text software. Absolutely not! Nothing can compare with a real person typing your transcript. Nuances, accents, background noise or unusual speech patterns can all influence the accuracy and quality of a transcript, however, nothing phases our transcriptionists, who we affectionately call our Steam Team.

We never have and never will outsource your work offshore. This policy has numerous benefits for the client, the main one being the security of your data.
