We invoice per audio minute and the rate is determined by your desired turnaround time. This makes it easy for you to determine the cost per audio file.
When you upload your audio file, select your desired turnaround time and insert the audio length and our system (who we affectionately call Steambot) will calculate the cost for you. No surprise bills, no mysterious calculations - all up front and transparent.
If you are a multi-practitioner practice then you are able to create separate "projects" with unique names and choose to receive separate invoices for each department or practitioner. Alternatively, choose to receive a single invoice with each Job itemised against each practitioner. This bespoke feature eases the administrative burden of your practice manager!
Once a week an invoice will be emailed to you outlining all individual audio jobs and their cost.
